Clore, Ashby Dale "Treeman" 73,formerly of Culpeper, Virginia slipped away on June 29, 2019, with family at his side after a very long and courageous battle from a TBI He "Never had a bad day in his life" and enjoyed fellowship with friends and family. Born in Brightwood, VA (Madison County) he left the country to attend school in Harrisburg, PA (Dauphin County) where he would join the United States Army during the Viet Nam Conflict. He also served as a member of the United States Army Reserve and Virginia Army National Guard. He spent 45 years of his life as a Horticulture Expert and Arborist in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia where he earned the nickname of " Treeman". He is proceeded in death by Mary Belle Clore(Mother) and Emily Brock Clore (Wife). He is survived by his children Sallie Elizabeth Ferguson ( James), Christopher Dale Clore, Ashby Gilbert Clore, and Herbert Jay Brock Grandchildren Cozette Olivia Ferguson, Ashby Thomas Clore, Elizabeth Joy Clore--Yanoska (Steven), Annie Woodrick, Travis Jay Webb, Emily Madison Clore, Justin Stewart, and Adrian Stewart Great Grandchildren Stephen Dale Yanoska, Aiden Webb and Alijah Webb and a Very Loyal Companion his Dog " Bugler Bullet"; his sister, Sharon Orange of Ohio. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019 12pm at Bliley's Staples Mill. The family will receive friends 1 hr. prior to the service. Interment is private. Memorial Contributions can, be made to Lakeside Volunteer Rescue Squad or Richmond Animal Care and Control. The family wishes to give thanks to the Bon Secor Memorial Regional Medical Center Medical Team, HunterHolmes McGuire Veterans Hospital Journey's Way Hospice Unit and Haley Auto Group for all you for your kindness and support during our fight.
