A Culpeper real estate broker was honored Friday at an annual awards banquet organized by the Greater Piedmont Realtors.
Philip L. Thornton, IV, with Re/Max Crossroads in Culpeper was recognized as Broker of the Year.
Other “Of the Year” awards went to Dianna Banks with Re/Max Regency in Warrenton for Rookie of the Year; Patti Brown with Long & Foster in Warrenton for Salesperson of the Year; Tammy Roop with Century 21 New Millendium in Warrenton for Realtor of the Year; and Cynthia Murray with HouseMaster of Bull Run Home Inspections in Bristow for Affiliate of the Year.
“All of the receipents should feel very proud of their accomplishments in the industry and their community contributions,” said Greater Piedmont President, Dave Wills, in a news release.
At the banquet, 71 award recipents were recognized for their contributions to their clients, the community, and the Realtor Association.
Guests were encouraged to dress from the ‘80s at the event, with the theme “Rockin’ Real Estate Awards.”
