The Culpeper Ribbon-Cutting

An estimated 800 people, including U.S. Senator Mark Warner (center) and State Senator Bryce Reeves—and many local and regional business leaders and government representatives—attended a ribbon cutting Friday afternoon at The Culpeper, a continuing care retirement community. The celebration happened two years to the date after the groundbreaking of the $33.5 million, 125,000-square-foot construction project.
