Super Training University with Jesus

Antioch Baptist is hosting a vacation Bible school next week for all ages nightly from 6 to 8 p.m. June 10 through 14 at the church, 202 S. West St. in the town of Culpeper.

The theme will be, “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Youth and adults of all ages are welcome to join the church for a week of fun.

Grace Baptist events

The Rev. Chris McGill Jr., pastor at Grace Baptist Community Church in Madison, will be speaking at 3:30 p.m. this Sunday at Rock Hall Baptist Church in Wolftown.

At 11 a.m. on June 16, Grace Baptist will hold a Father’s Day service.

Deacon & Deaconess Day

Beulah Baptist will celebrate Deacon & Deaconess Day at 3 p.m. this Sunday at the church, 9297 Eggbornsville Road. in Rixeyville.

The guest preacher will be the Rev. Charles Wormley, pastor at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Fredericksburg. Dinner will be served following the morning message delivered at 11 a.m. by Pastor Pitts.

Vacation Bible School

Miraculous Mission VBS

St. Luke Lutheran will host its 2019 Vacation Bible School nightly 5:30 to 8 p.m. from July 14 to 18 at the church, 1100 N. Main St. in Culpeper for grades K through fifth. The theme will be “Miraculous Mission.”

VBS: Jonah’s 3-Day Adventures

Antioch Baptist Madison and Beth Car Baptist will host Vacation Bible School at 6 p.m. June 26 and June 27 and at 5:30 p.m. June 28 at Antioch on Mud Road. The theme will be, Jonah’s Three Day Adventures.

2019 Life Conference

Join Dr. Decker Tapscott & the Fellowship of Prophetic Churches & Ministries for the 2019 Life Conference nightly at 7:30 p.m. June 19-June 21 at Faith Christian Church & International Outreach Center, 6472 Duhollow Road in Warrenton

There will be Empowerment sessions throughout the conference at 9 a.m. on Thursday and Friday and special children’s programs during the night services. Registration is $25, with youth 18 and younger free.

Saturday Night Live Service

Antioch Baptist will host a Saturday Night Live Service at 6 p.m. this Saturday night at the church, 202 S. West St. in the town of Culpeper.

This is a new worship service at the church designed to minister to those unable to make it to Sunday morning worship. Also, it is for those who just like to worship on Saturday. There will be a great lineup of preachers and choirs. All are welcome.

Church Yard Sale

Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist 130th Annual Session

Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist Association will celebrate its 130th Annual Session, at 4 p.m. on July 13 with the Pre-Opening Celebration, featuring Bishop Herbert H. Jackson, keynote preacher, and Mount Zion, Spotsylvania Choir, Rev. Charles W. Wormley, former moderator as worship leader.

Sermon: The Reversal – Deep Joy
