A man fled, endangering the lives of law-enforcement officers, as the lawmen were trying to serve him in recent days with 11 probation violations from Orange County and surrounding jurisdictions.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service, is attempting to arrest I-Self Manifest Allah. Otherwise known as Yah Yah Veney, the black man is age 38, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.
I-Self Manifest Allah is dangerous, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement late Thursday.
He “should be considered a danger to law enforcement and the public as it appears he will do anything to avoid his arrest,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward to anyone who provides information that results in the arrest of I-Self Manifest Allah.
Anyone with information about the location of I-Self Manifest Allah, or Yah Yah Veney, is encouraged to call investigator Shannon Dickson at 540/672-1200, or the U.S. Marshals Service at 800/336-0102, or download the USMS Tips app.
