NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF PROPERTY 200 North Franklin Street Remington, Virginia 22734 (Tax Id No 6887-18-3059-000) In execution of a deed of trust recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Fauquier, Virginia in Deed Book 1579 Pages 2314-2321, the undersigned, Victoria Stoner, Esq., Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Circuit Court of Fauquier County, 29 Ashby Street Warrenton, Virginia, 20186, on the 19th day of February, 2020, at 11:00 am., certain property described in said deed of trust lying in the County of Fauquier, Virginia, known as 200 North Franklin Street Remington, Virginia 22734 , and more particularly described as: All that certain lot or parcel of land, situated in the Town of Remington, Fauquier County, Virginia, being the remaining portion of that certain property conveyed to Robert Collin Brown by R.A. Fifield, Special Commissioner in "Mabel D. Morton et als. vs. S.D. Embrey Heirs" by deed dated August 20, 1943 and recorded in Deed Book 154 at Page 192, after deducting the backend of said lot conveyed off by said parties of the first part to L.M. Brittle by deed dated November 20, 1945, recorded in Deed Book 158 at Page 179, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Fauquier County, Virginia. And such property is further described in a deed to Total Holdings Group, LLC recorded at Deed Book 1579, Page 2309 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office. TOGETHER WITH all of the right, title, and interest of A2Z Investment Fund, LLC, in and to that certain personal property, as described in a certain note. As provided in the deed of trust and pursuant to the provisions of applicable law, the undersigned Substitute Trustee may exercise all of the powers, rights, authority, and duties granted in the deed of trust.
