ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-styled suit involves the heirs of JUDITH FRYAR RAMSDEN and their interest in a parcel of property known as Tax Map/Parcel 03600-00-00-04200 in Albemarle County, Virginia. The legal description of this property is as follows: All that certain parcel of land, together with improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, lying partly in the Rivanna District of Albemarle County, Virginia and partly in the Barbour Magisterial District of Orange County, Virginia, containing 54.150 acres, more or less, as shown on a plat of Milton T. Estes, C.L.S., dated September 17, 1980, entitled "Boundary Survey Gola Corporation Property", being the property conveyed to Russell R. Ramsden and Judith F. Ramsden, husband and wife, by deed dated August 10, 1981, of Gola Corporation, of record in the Clerk's Office for the Circuit Court of Albemarle County in Deed Book 724, page 374, and of record in the Clerk's Office for the Circuit Court of Orange County, Virginia in Deed Book 335, Page 664. The object of the above-styled suit is to seek an Order granting authority to sell the property in the context of a partition action, suit to quiet title or declaratory judgment action. An affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used by the Plaintiffs to ascertain the identity and address of the all possible defendants, without success; that due diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of all known defendants; and that the number of defendants upon whom process has been served exceeds ten and it appears that such defendants represent like interests with the parties not served with process. Pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 8.01-316 A .1. b.; 8.01-316 A 2; and 8.01-316 A 3, it is hereby ORDERED that all interested parties appear on or before______________, in the Clerk's office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his interest.
