I’m utterly impressed with the statistical research displayed in the recent articles of John L. Kyff Jr.

I believe this gentleman could quote the U. S. Constitution word-for-word and his name may be at the bottom of the Declaration of Independence.

But what is more astounding is the fact that this gentleman cannot comprehend the meaning of the word “illegal” when pertaining to the issue of illegal immigration.

Nothing could be more evident in his recent articles in which his animosity is displayed against anyone or anything having to do with deterring illegal immigration in this country, county or town.

the town can be sued in another way you may have not thought about, rjma…and it may be coming sooner rather than later!

No Alvin.  John understands illegal.  He also is truly educated and has the knowledge to educate our community on what the laws are and what the U. S. Constitution is.  I’d say you don’t seem to be interested to understand it.  Why make such statements based on ignorance of the law?  It’s more like you fail to comprehend what can be lawfully done without being sued.  Steve Jenkins rounded up a few followers for his circus.  We have already seen the many lawsuits in our country against local towns for taking illegal immigration into their own hands.  Some tried to defend them while others backed down when they saw how much it would cost.  Why wast our tax money Alvin?  The U. S.  Constitution is the law of this land and we must abide by it regardless of our personal feelings.  John understands it completely and I appreciate that he takes the time to tell us about it because I learn from him.  Those who refuse to take the time to listen and realize the truths in his writings are only on a ship of ignorance that is sinking fast.  Do you support the ridiculous ordinances that Steve Jenkins wants?  Are you willing to support the town getting sued?  I’m not.  When people refuse to think and use their heads and use anger nothing gets accomplished.  As to John Kyff.  Please keep educating our community regardless of who refuses to listen to the truth.  The majority of us get the picture.

So in other words, you cannot refute a single thing Kyff says, even though the CSE provided you with a golden opportunity to do just that.
