The unfairness of illegal immigration

The USA is a nation of laws, and most of our citizens work hard, attempt to follow the rules of law and are very aware if the rules of law are not being followed.
Our Congress has passed a series of laws that define the requirements for entering our country and becoming a citizen. It has carefully defined who, and how many, can enter this country each year.
Congress did this to maintain order and to ensure that the nation can support our new immigrants. Millions of people have gone through this process and entered this country legally and are greatly welcomed. These people spent years and thousands of dollars to be able to enter this country.
Here is where we have to talk about fairness. Most Americans are greatly in favor of fairness to all. The problem is, all of these illegal immigrants have jumped in front of the line.
They did not meet any of the requirements to enter this country, and they did not wait for documentation to make them legal. They have violated the principles of fairness. They also have performed an illegal act.
Now let's face facts: Our national government has failed its citizens very badly for a number of years. Our local government has also failed us by creating a sanctuary city out of Culpeper, ignoring the laws of this nation and state - even some of the town laws that are on the books now.
We really do not need any new laws. It is now, and has been, illegal to employ an illegal immigrant. It is and has been illegal to enter this country with out the proper papers.
The principles of fairness and the rules of laws are being broken every day, and there is no way possible for the illegal immigrants to justify their being here or staying here. The citizens have got to become aware of this unfairness and illegal situation and become vocal.
Let's get this country back on a legal pathway. In response to all talk about the fact that they do this country so much good: There is absolutely no good that can offset the unfairness and illegalness of it all.
They are illegal. Period.
There is no room for further discussion.
