As part owner of Culpeper Panhandle LLC, and being a resident of the Lignum area for 40 years, I would like to thank the Culpeper County Board of Supervisors for its 7-0 vote to rezone 18 acres in Lignum.
It was a proud meeting for me and my family, as citizens spoke in large numbers for a village center in our community. The community came together as a team, and the board responded.
