It’s a shame when the rich have everything they will ever need, but still can never have enough money.
If they were half as compassionate as they are ruthless, we would all be living a decent life.
These comments are directed at the leaders of OPEC and anyone who works for them, be it an oil rigger or an office person or even an e-mail reader, because you are all involved.
I wish you all were in the position of a consumer, then you would see how bad you make things for us, but you aren’t, so things will never change.
All of you will get what’s coming to you one day. I’ll be praying you all get whatever the downfall of ruthlessness brings.
Just because other countries need oil doesn’t mean you should charge the U.S. more money. You’re already making enough money to rule the world.
If our people in Washington were making the same kind of money an average American makes, the price of gas would never go up.
I think America should take over OPEC, because it would be good for all and not just for the oil people. This is the way I see it, and I’m not scared to speak out.

Maybe we could convince Mexico and Canada to join us as a competitor to OPEC. AHH, who am I kidding? None of us will actually give up the profit that comes from allowing the status quo to continue.

Join the Picken Plan army of Americans!
Not “liberals”...not “Conservatives,” but Americans!
Just launched last week by Texas oil billionaire T. Boone Pickens, the Pickens Army is already approaching the 50,000 member mark!
They don’t ask for money - they ask you to commit to as much as you care to.
As Americans, we should all care… A LOT!
For the sake of our country, please take a look?

$700 BILLION a year to foreign oil is WAY too much. It will create the first depression in 80 years.
Thank you!

If you think our oil is expensive try Europe $12.00 per gallon for the cheap stuff.
They do have lots of trains and busses to take them where they need to go. They drive much smaller, fuel efficent cars.
GM’s CEO’s have not connected the dots. It could be that their CEO’s, making millions just dont get it. Just like Mr. Bush telling us yesterday that the ecconomy is srong and we are growing and exports are great...WHAT..where does he live ???

I am with you on the high cost of gas. It is painful and will probably get worse. But keep in mind that the oil from our friends Canada (our biggest supplier) and our our domestically produced supply costs us the same amount as the oil from OPEC. If you want gas to get really really expensive, try to take over all the OPEC oil fields. It will kill a lot of people both US and foreign. That is a bad idea. Seems like a better idea to work for alternative fuels which will still work long after the OPEC oil is gone.
