Hunters watch out. The Obama/Bidden ticket is very anti-gun. Sen. Barack Obama opposes all concealed carry laws except for law enforcement. He talks about “common sense regulation of guns” and renewal of the assault weapons ban.
Obama wants a ban on all handguns and an ammunition ban on most rifle ammunition commonly used for hunting and sport shooting. Sen. Joe Biden has consistently voted for all anti-gun measures. He helped write the assault rifle ban.
So, a vote for Obama and Biden is a severe test for anyone who likes to shoot, hunt or collect guns.

1994 to 2001 - Obama was on the board of the anti-gun Joyce Foundation. This foundation is the largest funding source for radical anti-gun groups in the country.
1996 - Obama supported a ban on the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns.
1999 - Obama proposed a 500 percent increase in the excise taxes on firearms and ammunition. This tax would effectively punish gun owners for buying guns and ammunition.
2003 - Obama voted in support of legislation that would have banned privately owned hunting shotguns, target rifles and black powder rifles in Illinois.
2004 - Obama voted against legislation intended to protect homeowners from prosecution in cases where they used a firearm to halt a home invasion.

rjma knows EXACTLY what an Obama presidency will mean for gun rights. He KNOWS that a liberal government will not hesitate to enforce their agenda and severely restrict constitutional rights. Balderdash here means “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain…“ There will be no stopping these scary, scary clowns. Who will stop them, rjma? Where will be the checks and balances?

rjma must not have been living in the US during the Clinton years with constant ignorant gun bans and laws. rjma do you remember Ruby Ridge or Waco Texas and the Branch Dividians. A liberal President witha liberal Congress = Laws against Gun Owners!

bob you are right with your facts.rjma please look into the power a pres. has.with a house that is dem he can do anything he wants.go on you tube search obama gun ban and see from his own words.check his vote in the state senate you will see.bob you did not tell about the 500% tax obama wants on guns and ammo.the 2nd keeps us somewhat free dont let it go.NOBAMA NO LIBERALS NO NEW LAWS OR TAXES

Balderdash. There is a Congress and state legislators involved. A president has very little influence in gun ownership laws. More scare tactics.
