McCain-Palin ticket not really about change

Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin (as far as we can tell since she can’t speak for herself yet) are in favor of following the policies the Bush administration has followed for the past eight years.

That means they will make permanent tax cuts for the wealthiest five percent of earners, they will continue to subsidize the profits of big oil and they will continue a $3 billion a month war in Iraq while continuing to give short shrift to Afghanistan.

Also, they will continue to lie to the American public (see campaign ads), they will claim executive privilege (see Palin’s actions in “Troopergate” case and the 100 e-mails she claims to have lost).

The McCain-Palin ticket has lobbyists Rick Davis and Steve Schmidt in charge. They have Karl Rove as their primary advisor while he is still working for Fox News.

So, they have all of the Bush policies, Bush actions, and a large number of Bush personnel on staff. Doesn’t it make it hard to be the change candidate when you’re doing everything the current administration does?

So what has King Obama said he will do? Has he actually spelled anything out except that he is 1/2 black and anything said against him is classed as racism?

(quetzalmom)Marxist rhetoric=Socialist rhetoric=Liberal Democrat rhetoric which equals Community Organizer rhetoric which equals Rabble rousing voter fraud rhetoric. I hope this helps your discernment of Marxist rhetoric.

Oh dear, I am a less discerning individual, just like mst! I can’t identify the Marxist rhetoric! I’m not even sure there are any Marxists left! Maybe 4 in Cuba, 2 in Russia, and perhaps Hugo Chavez. Maybe we need some more relevent demons.

MST - you sure like to through around “Marxist” in your pithy comments. At least you are consistent.

Oh my just showing off his holiness I suppose that he can see dead people. 4. Admits he is Muslim… in interview but it corrected. 5. Can’t get thru one sentence without uh,uh, uh…6. Attends a church for 20 years and doesn’t know the preacher hates America and is racist. 8. Says that inflating tires and oil changes will save our need for foreign oil. (gee like everyone I know drives on deflated tires and never gets oil changes. 9. changes and then selects Biden Mr. Plagarism himself.Oh folks they just keep on coming.

Amazing how Sarah Palin, a beautiful, confident, Christian woman with a good family and real American values, scares the daylights out of liberal Democrats and sends them into an attack frenzy. Guess that’s why Obama’s falling like a rock in the polls!

Nice try, Dee. You recite the whole liberal litany and, just so less discerning individuals such as I won’t immediately identify the Marxist rhetoric, you imply you’re not against the Afghan war - just the Iraq war.

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck…it is not a reformer.

I am amazed that the American Voters ( at least 1/2 of them) want to keep this disasters going. The good news…it is not Oct 29 and the Voters will have an awakening.
