‘Good ol’ boys’ network is alive here in Culpeper

If any of you have not already come to understand it, the "good ol' boy" network exists in Culpeper.
As for me, it is just another slap in the face that Culpeper officials do as they please to take care of their buddies and to heck with the remainder of us.
And what about the noise complaints about the former Culpeper Rock Academy location downtown- How thoughtless, trying to keep the kids off the street and give them someplace to go and something to do.
It seems we have really gone astray. It scares me to think of what will be next. I hope I will not be the next receipent of the wrath of the good ol' boys.
