I strongly urge the residents of Culpeper to vote May 6 for Pat Baker for the Town Council.

I have known Mrs. Baker for several years on a personal and professional basis. I have found her to be open to new ideas while wanting to maintain existing laws and ordinances.

As a resident of Culpeper, I feel that Mrs. Baker will work to uphold the small town character we all love while helping our town to develop programs to help the elderly and our disabled residents as well as developing a recycling program for our town. Mrs. Baker is the right choice for the future of our growing town.

Yes I agree with Dave.  She surely distanced herself from HPC when it came time to seek support on her campaign.  Pat does seem to be in my opinion much different than Beckett.  Unfortunately, I can’t vote for anyone currently or formerly in HPC.

I’m sure she is very passionate in her opinions regarding those pesky “illegal aliens”.

I agree with Ms. Curtis’ opinion of Pat Baker.  I too have known her for a number of years and feel that she is VERY passionate about the future of our town.  She is well educated, hard working, and fair.  She will certainly get my vote tomorrow.

She sure was quick to throw the HPC under the bus when she was campaigning door-to-door. “Oh, THOSE guys? No way, not me, I didn’t realize how far out they were when I joined!“ Really? Because I figured that out the first time I saw Beckett at a TC meeting, and you have way more education than I do, Pat. Nice try, but you can’t fool all the people all the time.

Maybe if she hadn’t signed on with HPC she’d have a chance.
