Enough already with the Bush bashing cartoons. Lest we forget, it was the Clinton administration that instituted the policy of lowered restrictions for lending, and the democratic controlled congress that defeated measures to implement limitations two years ago. Are you capable of drawing something that isn’t liberally biased?
