A health condition may have led to a single-vehicle wreck Tuesday morning on U.S. 522 near Mitchells, according to the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office.
Sgt. Jim Fox said it appears that Henry Jenkins, 70, of Castleton may have been overcome by an unknown medical problem before his 1998 Dodge pickup crashed in the area of Mitchell Road.
Jenkins was transported to the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville in stable condition, said Culpeper Regional Hospital spokesman Abra Hogarth.
Fox said no charges are expected.
