Culpeper Regional Hospital is getting another makeover, creating a safe environment for pedestrians while adding curb appeal.
The project to install new sidewalks and crosswalks on Hospital Drive at Sunset Lane starts this afternoon, according to hospital spokeswoman Abra Hogarth.
The front of the hospital will remain open, she said, but anyone who needs to access the emergency department should use the Laurel Street entrance.
Construction is expected to conclude late Saturday morning.
Hogarth said the project shouldn’t affect any Farmington Elementary School traffic traveling on Sunset Lane.
