400 to graduate from Germanna today

Germanna Community College will host its 36th annual commencement ceremony today at 10 a.m. at the Locust Grove Campus.
Culpeper businesswoman Connie Kincheloe, who has served on the Virginia Board of Community Colleges since 2002, will be the keynote speaker.
Kincheloe is also a member of the Germanna Educational Foundation Board and served on the GCC Board in 2001.
Of the more than 400 graduates, 200 will participate in the outdoor service, according to GCC administrators.
Today's ceremony is open to the public.
