Formed to promote arts in the Piedmont area. Since its inception, Windmore has been a patron of theater, art, education, dance, literature, music and visual arts. Branches include: Windmore Community Theater, Windmore Writers, the Artists of Windmore, Windmore and Kids, the Windmore Adult and Junior Volunteers, and the Windmore Singers.
