It’s time to walk for Healthy Babies! 2008 Culpeper March for Babies will be held Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. at Yowell Meadow Park. Virginia Wine Festival, Sept. 27 and 28: Unicorn Winery, 489 Old Bridge Road, Amissville, will present the Herd of Wines during the two-day Festival at Prince William Fairground in Manassas. For more information call 349-5885.
Flu shots will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 28 at Germanna Community College’s Joseph R. Daniel Technology Center in Culpeper. Most major insurance will be accepted. The Gordonsville Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary is once again sponsoring the Gordonsville annual Street Festival. This year’s festival will be held on Oct. 4 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. rain or shine. Bereaved Parent Support Group: If you are mourning the loss of a child due to any circumstance, the Spiritual Care Support Ministry Center is here to offer you comfort and hope through God’s word.
